1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is defective or damaged
  • You received the wrong product or size

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and with tags/packaging intact
  • The request must be made within 3 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Slight color differences due to lighting/screen
  • Used or washed items

3. Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchange only for size issues or defective items
  • Exchange depends on stock availability
  • If the required size is not available, we may offer a refund or store credit

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable in case of:
    • Out-of-stock exchange
    • Verified defective product
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval
  • Refund method: Bank transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash
